Is that WW2 or Vietnam era? I’d love to see this in person.
There were a couple of models used in Vietnam, but it looks like they were pretty rare compared to WW2:

I’m kind of shocked they test this stuff out in Hawaii. Doesn’t your coast get drastically deep just yards off shore?

Nope. Just a random pic of redfish. I do catch that species, but ours aren’t that beautiful golden color where I live. Their colors are different based on their diet.
